This patient underwent breast reduction surgery to reduce excess breast tissue and improve overall breast shape and proportion. Prior to surgery, the breasts were positioned lower on the chest and the nipples pointed downward. The procedure lifted and reshaped the breasts while repositioning the nipples to a more natural, forward-facing position, creating a lighter and more balanced contour.
