Mentor Smooth Round Moderate Plus Profile Saline, 650cc, Dual plane. Tuberous breast syndrome, with asymmetry of breast volume, tightness and nipple position. Planned to do staged correction with augmentation and subsequent lift, though she is very happy and may not need further surgery based on the amount of correction achieved solely with implants.
Correction of breast asymmetry and tuberous breasts. Right sided saline implant, 300cc. Left sided mastopexy.
